Project Appraisal
We have appraised projects for investment, divestment,
capital allocation and development purposes. These
have primarily been in large scale irrigation schemes,
subdivisions, agriculture, and viticulture projects.
Critical to our appraisals is the in depth knowledge
of the application, usefulness and limitations of
NPV analysis, estimation of cost of capital, and risk
analysis.
Our appraisals have included assessments of current
market value, investment value and other standards
of value suited to purpose.
Insurance Valuations
These tend to be additions to valuation projects completed
for other purposes.
Due Diligence & Litigation
Support
Crighton Anderson has chartered accountancy and valuation
expertise, which when combined provides real expertise
in undertaking due diligence assignments for investment,
divestment, and other purposes for both business enterprises
and property assets. Where other specialist advice
e.g. tax or legal matters, is required we are very
well connected to source appropriate assistance for
the client.

In most cases this is in support of our own opinion, where our expertise is sought for the benefit of the Court. Occasionally we are asked to provide evidence as a secondary opinion to support, or otherwise, another expert.
